Starting mid-June, after I return from vacation, I am changing my diet to Paleo. This is a lifestyle change that I have been thinking about for a long while now. On a daily basis, we put so many unknown, man-made or harmful things into our bodies via the processed, packaged food that we eat. Going primal in a modern world is not going to be the easiest task, but I plan on documenting my success & failures here.

There are tons of resources out there! It feels more like a small community of people sharing reciepes & helpful tips for Paleo on the go.
The hardest part about this change is going to be no bread & potatoes! Those are my vices! I have started a Pinterest board with some recipes I can't wait to try! Cooking is going to be a challenge for me since I don't really like it, and I am no goddess in the kitchen. Here is to the start of healthier living; to the start of taking ownership of my food choice.
Maybe it's the twin aspect of this sister duo or their pixie like appearance, but I am dying over their style! These girls have me dreaming of long dark locks, leather jackets, smokey eyes, and full bright lips.
They also have me wanting to hit the gym & tone up a bit! I don't imagine just anyone can pull off a see-through top, but they sure make me want to try!
Can you say major cat eye?! I'm still perfecting the art of liquid eyeliner & am no where near brave enough to put it on the bottom too!
Pale & lovely! Here is to hoping the tan-aholic phase will soon be over! Such babes!
Smokey eyed fierceness! I'm not one to wear gold jewelry, but perhaps I might go out of my comfort zone doing something like this?!
Obviously, I am in love with their sister style! Someone help me STAT before I dye my hair blackest black!
Who is inspiring you lately in the style department?!
Today I went to World Market for the first time, and I am so surprised I didn't come out with the entire store! They have so many unique items for the home. Then it occurred to me that when I finally do move into my own place I am going to be in serious trouble if I return.
So here are some of my favorite items from my window shopping experience.
This frame was one of the first items I saw walking in the door. I am in love with the fabric!
These are the cutest mustard jars I have ever seen!
They remind me of some sweet tea glasses my Nanny had when I was growing up, and it is only $3.49! I wonder what it taste like?!
This metal cart opens the doors to so many possibilities.
I can see it now in a bathroom already!
Toilet paper on the bottom, towels in the middle, and shampoo/bath soaps on the top!
or maybe... for fruits and veggies in the kitchen!
This picture frame is so sweet!
It makes me think of white washed fences and summertime!
I am not really a dark chocolate fan, but I adore the packaging of these!
This little guy would be perfect almost anywhere!
You could stash your cotton balls/q-tips in here or jewelry.
I could also see this guy finding a home in the kitchen.
I'm not sure where I would hang these candle votives, but glass in jewel tones is a current favorite of mine.
Honestly, this is the most stylish dish drying rack I have ever seen!
I love the little swirly bits on the top for mugs.
This strainer fits in the palm of my hand, and it is only $2.99!
I could see myself putting jewelery in here.
Anyone who knows me knows that I love pickles.
What is better than a pickle? A spicy one!
These are asain soup bowls, and I pretty much want one in every color!
Needless to say, I will be returning to World Market for household goodies! Today I only spent $14 on some of the food items they sell and a new lunch box for myself.
